This Privacy Policy applies to personal information you provide to us when visiting our websites, using our online services, entering into agreements, requesting we forward information to third parties, or communicating with us through any channel. It also covers data received from finance providers or other service partners. This includes information you share when attending meetings, training sessions, webinars, completing forms, or communicating with us in writing or verbally.

02 | What types of information do we collect?

We collect (1) aggregated data for analysis, (2) personal data such as name, contact details, and financial info, and (3) other relevant information. Sensitive data is only collected when necessary and with your consent, unless required by law.

Your data is used to communicate with you, process contracts, register users, conduct marketing, analyse usage trends, and deliver our services. We also rely on legitimate interest where appropriate, provided your rights are not affected.

05 | Disclosure of personal information to third parties

We may share your data with credit providers (with your consent), IT contractors, and service providers. We take steps to ensure all such third parties are bound by confidentiality and security obligations. Data may also be disclosed when legally required.

06 | Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automated Processing

We use AI-based tools (e.g. for assessments or recommendations) provided by third-party partners. These tools do not make binding decisions without human oversight. Any suggestions or outcomes derived from self-assessments or automated tools are for general informational purposes only. Final decisions always involve human review. You have the right to request information about how such tools work and to contest decisions under the EU AI Act.
